Deep/One Time Cleans

The dirty truth is that it takes time to complete a Deep Clean, sometimes two to three times as long as a our maintenance service.

This is because every nook and cranny of your home will receive special attention.

Have you ever had your car detail cleaned? This is similar to our Deep Clean but on a larger scale.

During a Deep/One Time Clean we concentrate on removing dust, dirt, cobwebs and general build up - don't worry, we all have it ! 

 

The age and size of the home, number and age of children, number and type of pets, amount of furnishings and Knick knacks

as well as the general overall condition of the home are all factors which influence the length of a Deep Clean.

HOW DOES IT WORK ? 

​

Below is a list of what is included per room in our Deep/One time Cleaning package and general time estimates.

​

1. Choose your rooms

2. Add all time estimates for your chosen rooms

3. Apply our hourly service rate of $50.00 pr hr

= Deep Clean estimated rate.

​

These options allow our clients to choose the service that

fits best with their needs and budget.

Some clients only want their kitchen, bathrooms and floors

cleaned because they prefer to keep the more

personal parts of their homes private.

​

Not all homes require an extensive clean to complete the Deep Clean

and some homes need extra TLC.

If we complete the Deep Clean before the estimated time

the cost will be reduced accordingly.

​

All Deep/One time cleans require an initial Home Visit

and a final quote completed by Strathroy Residential Clean.
