Our Maintenance Cleans are charged by the job,

not by the hour. i.e.- flat rated.

This flat rate is based off of our hourly rate

@ 50.00 hr. which includes :

All Maintenance Cleans require a DEEP CLEAN before maintenance service can begin.

 

 

Factors which influence the maintenance flat rate are:

  1. Size, contents and overall condition of the home

  2. Number and age of people & pets in the home

  3. The time it will take to clean at a steady rate of speed following The Clean Thumbs cleaning steps & standards

 We have 3 recurring price categories:

   1. Weekly

   2. Bi‐Weekly

   3. Monthly

Customized Cleans allow our clients to choose the service

that fits best with their needs and budget!! 

Some clients only want their kitchen, bathrooms and floors cleaned

because they prefer to keep the more personal parts of their homes private.

Some clients only want one floor done one visit and the whole home done the next.

HOW DOES IT WORK ? 

Below is a list of what is included per room in our Maintenance Cleaning package and general time estimates.

1. Choose your rooms

2. Add all time estimates for your chosen rooms

3. Apply our hourly service rate of $50.00 pr hr

= Maintenance Clean estimated rate.

 * 2 hr. minimum required

*Standard Home – up to 1600 sq feet & Large Home – 1600 – 2000 sq feet

KITCHEN /DINING

  • General straightening up

  • Remove all cobwebs

  • Dust ceiling fan

  • Clean doorknobs & switch plates

  • Clean light fixtures

  • Dust blinds

  • Clean window sills

  • Cupboards spot cleaned

Small :30 minutes -biweekly

Standard : 45 minutes -bi weekly

Large : 60 minutes -bi weekly

  • Clean window sills

  • Dust blinds

  • Dust light fixtures

  • Clean mirrors/pictures

  • Clean tub ( in and out)

  • Clean shower ( in  and out )

  • Clean toilet ( in and out)

  • Wipe cabinets

  • Garbage removal

Time:

Half -20 minutes- biweekly 

3 piece - 35 minutes- biweekly 

4 piece - 45 - 60 minutes- biweekly 

ENTRANCE / HALLWAYS

 

  • General straightening up

  • Remove all cobwebs

  • Clean doorknobs & switch plates

  • Dust light fixtures, lampshades

  • Clean bannisters/railings

  • Dust blinds

  • Clean window sills

  • Dust all surfaces

Time: Standard : 10 minutes -biweekly 

Large : 15 minutes- biweekly 

FORMAL & FAMILY ROOMS

Travel Charge - $ 10.00           Pet Charge - $ 10.00 pr pet
